retrieval routing in QT square

Retrieval Routing and Recovery Mode

Stolen cart retrieval is often mandated for many retail locations. Often, retrieval teams are forced to look in commonly known gathering places for a store's carts - often with little success. With QuickTrack, you can send automated retrieval lists to your collection teams with the carts' current locations and home store location.

How it Works

Using both an asset's location data and health statistics such as temperature, QuickTrack can automatically identify stolen carts that are outdoors and easy to retrieve. These retrieval lists can be sent manually or automatically.

Ensuring Retrieval is Accurate

Any cart that requires retrieval will be "tagged" to its home store. If it is successfully returned to its home store, the QuickTrack system will automatically clear the alert and record it as returned. This allows retailer to efficiently monitor their retrieval efforts and ensure they aren't "losing carts to retrieval."
