For some stores, motorized carts are used as frequently as traditional carts. When stolen, they present additional challenges for both recovery and liability. QuickTrack can both track these high value assets anywhere they go and create alerts any time one of these slow moving vehicles ventures too far into your parking lot.
How it Works
QuickTrack can be deployed on any motorized cart type. The tracker is completely independent of the existing electronics and only utilizes the tracker battery source. When an additional, wireless gateway is added to a store parking lot, your store team can also get instant alerts when a motorized cart moves past your handicap parking zones.

Many motorized carts are stolen and taken for joy rides...often down the street. While most are only able to travel over 2 mph, these motorized carts can often travel long distances and have been pulled over by local police. Many of these motorized carts are also taken to pawn shops, retirement communities, hospitals and other other "unknown" locations. Thanks to QuickTrack's unlimited tracking range, you can always identify where these stolen assets are being taken.

The QuickTrack motorized cart solution can do more than just track these assets wherever they go: Because the dedicated motorized cart tracker comes equipped with Bluetooth and Wi-fi scanning, by placing a wireless gateway in your lot or vestibule, you can create a real-time, automated alert any time a motorized cart enters a handicap parking area, leaves a vestibule or travels to the end of your lot.
Hardware Required
Any of the trackers and optional attachments shown here can be used for motorized shopping cart tracking. All STG trackers and gateways communicate to the same central platform so all of your tracked assets can be viewed at the same time.
Motorized Cart Tracker
Our "mobile gateway" tracker is a Swiss Army Knife tracking device that comes equipped with GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi scanning ability and cellular communication. Its longer battery life also make it ideal for motorized carts.
Parking Lot Gateway
The Solar Gateway can be attached to any cart corral or light post in your parking lot. When equipped with the solar panel attachment, it can scan for any motorized carts at risk of leaving your store instantly alert your store.
Vestibule Gateway
Vestibules and other areas of your store can also be monitored by gateways to trigger alerts for anything related to motorized carts. Like all STG gateways, these are completely wireless and battery powered.
